With more than 2800 dedicated employees in more than 30 countries and with more than 1 billion people around the world consuming their natural ingredients every day, they provide opportunities for students working with global business issues with a huge footprint.

Bridging present and future talents

The Challenge

The challenge for Chr. Hansen was that the company had a lot of talented and dedicated business talents employed, but only a handful of students at Copenhagen Business School knew Chr. Hansen. We recognised the potential for establishing an internal talent network with the purpose of telling the Chr. Hansen story.

The Solution

In our work, we facilitated the TalentSquad, by engaging a group of 5 young ambassadors of Chr. Hansen, and led them through an intensive programme going from identifying the employer market and the purpose of Chr. Hansen, to enabling the narratives in the context of future employer branding events.
